Eric Williams

Eric Williams is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at SAK Builders, Inc. since August 2023, Eric previously held the same title at Swinerton Builders from July 2015 to August 2023. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Superintendent at Unispace from October 2013 to July 2015, and as a Foreman at Mid Mountain Contractors from September 2006 to September 2013. Eric's career began at Evergreen Fire and Security as an Assistant Project Manager from May 2004 to September 2006. Additionally, Eric managed contractor sales as a Pro Sales Manager at The Home Depot between April 2000 and November 2002. Eric holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Montgomery College (2004-2006) and attended Central Washington University from 1998 to 2000.
