Joel Cardona

Joel Cardona has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Joel worked as a Director of Client Development at Saks Fifth Avenue starting from June 2019. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Ermenegildo Zegna Group from September 2017 to 2019. Joel also worked as the Mens Department Manager at Burberry from September 2016 to September 2017. Before transitioning into the retail industry, Joel was a Senior Store Director at Canali from August 2010 to September 2016. Additionally, they have experience in the music industry as a Tenor at New Jersey Verismo Opera from October 2009 to March 2015, and as a Musician at Encompass New Opera Theatre in December 2009.

Joel Cardona earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Performance, General from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 1994 to 1999. Joel then proceeded to earn a Bachelor in Music degree with a focus on Voice Major from the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music, spanning from 1997 to 2003. Joel further pursued their education at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where they obtained a Masters in Music degree in Opera Performance from 2004 to 2006.
