Mark Cudina has had a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Mark started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Lord and Taylor in 2007. Mark then joined Saks Incorporated as an Associate Planner in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Saks Fifth Avenue where they held various roles including Planner for Men's Private Brands and Omni Demand Planner for Men's & Home. In 2013, they joined JackThreads as a Senior Merchandise Planner before returning to Saks Fifth Avenue in 2014. At Saks Fifth Avenue, they have held positions such as Omni Divisional Planning Manager for various departments, including Mens Tailored Clothing and Sportswear, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Swim, and Lingerie. Mark is currently serving as the VP of Merchandise Planning.

Mark Cudina attended the Frank Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University from 2004 to 2007, where they received an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business.
