Pamela Bell

Ms. Bell has over 10 years of professional experience in project controls, safety basis, and configuration management. Her experience includes providing support to the DOE Albuquerque Service Center, as well as providing support to both Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratory. Ms. Bell has additionally worked in the aerospace industry and has knowledge of related requirements, including supporting DoD programs. Ms. Bell has experience in building and resource-loading schedules, earned value management, risk management, and cost estimating. Programs she has supported include the SNL Validation and Qualifications Sciences organization and the DOE Environmental Management Program from both a DOE and contractor (LANL,SNL) perspective.
