As the founder, President, and CEO of Parco Holdings, LP and Stripes Restaurants, Inc. since January 2003, John Pardini has effectively managed operations across high-volume restaurants with a workforce exceeding 700 culinary and restaurant professionals. Additionally, John Pardini founded the Pardini Restaurant Group in 1980, operating multiple successful establishments, including The Greenhouse Restaurant and multiple Hooters locations in California and Hawaii. Academic credentials include a degree as a Certified Executive Chef from the Culinary Institute of America (1977-1979) and attendance at San Joaquin Memorial High School (1970-1974).
