John Pardini possesses over 35 years of extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving in a sales role at Saladino's Foodservice since September 2016, John Pardini leverages an entrepreneurial background to offer tailored foodservice solutions for restaurants and the food/beverage sector in the Central Valley. As the founder, President, and CEO of Parco Holdings, LP and Stripes Restaurants, Inc. since January 2003, John Pardini has effectively managed operations across high-volume restaurants with a workforce exceeding 700 culinary and restaurant professionals. Additionally, John Pardini founded the Pardini Restaurant Group in 1980, operating multiple successful establishments, including The Greenhouse Restaurant and multiple Hooters locations in California and Hawaii. Academic credentials include a degree as a Certified Executive Chef from the Culinary Institute of America (1977-1979) and attendance at San Joaquin Memorial High School (1970-1974).
