Nipun Sood has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they started as a Full-stack Developer Intern at XenonStack, where they developed and maintained the production website and received the "Best rookie of the month" award for their contributions. In the same year, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as an Analyst, where they developed a microservice for a threshold monitoring dashboard and migrated a large application to a microservices-based architecture. Nipun later became a Senior Analyst, responsible for developing a custom-built Margin Call system to replace the vendor-based Collateral Management system.
In 2021, Nipun moved to Morgan Stanley, initially as a Senior Associate. Here, they developed and delivered a web application called "New Hire Award Valuation" that streamlined manual processes and improved collaboration across different teams. Nipun also implemented a batch job that reduced custom feed generation time by 65% and implemented CI/CD functionality for automated deployment processes. In 2023, Nipun joined SaladStop Group as a Senior Software Engineer.
