Judy has a proven record for using inquiry to drive changes in institutional practice and culture. Prior to joining Salal, she served as the Vice President for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) at Tacoma Community College. In that role, it was her responsibility to work across the organization to optimize organizational culture, align the organization’s EDI goals with business outcomes, and to respond to external changes or policies that affected the organization. Judy knows that she is accountable for representing and supporting employees and members that deserve a voice, a safe place to work and bank, and recognition for the assets they bring to our organization.
