Heidi Ambler

Heidi Ambler, MBA, has accumulated years of experience in product management and design. Heidi is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Salary.com since July 2020. Prior to that, Heidi held the position of Director of Product Management & Design at Right Networks from March 2018 to June 2020. Heidi built the product management and design discipline from scratch and was responsible for planning, content creation, and workflow for web-based and hosted applications. Heidi also has an extensive background at IBM Corporation, where they served as the Director of Product Management for IBM Collaboration Solutions Technologies from July 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they led product management for a portfolio of collaborative technologies and spearheaded the transition of enterprise-level customers to a Cloud-based platform. Heidi also excelled as the Director of Product Management for Social Software, where they oversaw the market-leading Social Business product, Lotus Connections, and managed its strategy, delivery, and maintenance for 11 years. Before IBM, Heidi held various product management positions at Lotus Development Corporation, where they gained expertise in SmartSuite, NotesSuite, and 123 for DOS. Heidi Ambler, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Rivier University from 1989 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Regis College between 1987 and 1991.
