Charles E. Ayers

Charles Ayers is currently working as the Lead Principal at Salas O'Brien since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Dunlap & Partners Engineers starting in July 2019. Charles has been with Dunlap & Partners since September 2010, initially as a Principal Project Manager. Before working at Dunlap & Partners, Charles was the HVAC Department Manager at Baskervill from August 1997 to September 2010. Charles Ayers graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
