Rodney Lax

Rodney W. Lax, P.E., S.E. serves as Senior Vice President at Salas O'Brien, where responsibilities include senior project management for the general industry market since August 1991. Prior experience at PCI Skanska from August 1991 to May 2023 involved serving as Assistant Director of the Facility Design and Consulting Group, focusing on resource allocation, project coordination, and pursuing new projects. Additionally, Rodney acted as the Structural Discipline Lead, dedicated to mentoring junior engineers and establishing structural design standards. Rodney earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering with a focus on Propulsion Systems and Structures from Purdue University between 1985 and 1990.
