John Rochford

John Rochford is an experienced sports therapist with a career spanning over two decades in various roles related to health and fitness. Currently serving as a Sports Therapist at Sale Sharks Rugby Club and Altius Healthcare since 2018 and 2016 respectively, John also operates Rochford Sports Therapy, a business focused on rehabilitation for sports and medical conditions. Additional experience includes roles as a Rehabilitation Coach for GB Taekwondo and as a Company Owner at Rochford Theatre Productions. Prior to these positions, John served as a Fire Fighter with Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service and worked in personal training roles at Results Personal Training and Fitness First UK. A former Telecommunications Operator in the British Army, John has built a solid educational foundation with multiple qualifications in sports therapy and personal training from institutions such as Premier Training and FIFA.
