Erica Pierce

Erica Pierce is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Paraeducator at Salem School District and an Educator at lululemon since 2022. Previously, Erica worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Timony Grammar School, where involvement was focused on the PASS Program, and as a School Psychologist at Comprehensive Grammar School. Additional experience includes a role as a Wellness Peer Educator at the Office of Wellness Education and mentoring with Special Olympics. Erica holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Merrimack College. Erica's educational journey began at Salem High School, graduating in 2015.
