Christine Schafer

Christine Schafer has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christine began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Commercial Bank from November 2011 to January 2013. Christine then moved on to Northwestern Mutual, where they worked as the Director of Recruitment & Selection from January 2013 to March 2021. In this role, Christine was responsible for various recruitment and selection support activities, including maintaining recruitment materials, coordinating career fairs, and tracking recruitment activity. In 2014, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner and Portrait Photographer at Photography by Christine E. Currently, Christine is working as a Senior Recruiter at Sales Empowerment Group since June 2021. Christine'srole involves utilizing SEG's managed services model to deliver top talent in sales and marketing to clients on a per-project basis.

Christine Schafer attended Central Michigan University from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a BAA degree in Business/Corporate Communications. In April 2021, they also obtained certifications in REI Results-Based Interviewing and Recruiter Certification Program from Qualigence International.
