Eduardo Fernandez

Eduardo Fernandez began their career in 2012 as an Operador Informático and Administrador de seguridad de sistemas at TICARUM. In this role, they were responsible for searching for information, analyzing vulnerabilities, exploitation, and post-exploitation. Eduardo also deployed images over the network, prepared packages, managed profiles, and installed remotely. In 2021, they moved to FacePhi Biometría as a Senior Information Technology Security Officer, where they kept up to date with developments in IT security standards ISO 27001, 27017, Pinakes, 22301 y ENS, developed policies and procedures, and collaborated with IT department to improve security. Currently, they are employed as a Security Engineer at Sales Layer.

Eduardo Fernandez has a diverse educational background. From 2007 to 2009, they attended IES Francisco de Goya and obtained an Administrator of System Information degree. Eduardo then attended UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia from 2019 to 2019 and obtained a degree in Ingeniería Informática. Currently, they are enrolled at Universidad Europea where they are pursuing a Máster in Seguridad de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (Ciberseguridad). Additionally, Eduardo has obtained several certifications such as the Certificado Profesional de Hacking Ético (CPHE) from The Security Sentinel in October 2018, Snort from OpenWebinars in July 2017, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate from Microsoft in September 2022.
