Kim Luders

Kim Luders is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits and payroll management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sales Partnerships, Inc. since May 2021, Kim previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Charlotte's Web and worked as an HR Generalist at Avery Brewing Co., where responsibilities included benefits and payroll coordination. Earlier experience includes positions at the New York State Senate, where Kim managed group benefit programs and administrative tasks. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and Latin American Studies from the University at Albany, and also has a degree from SUNY Geneseo.
