Gregg Oser

Gregg Oser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and customer success management across various industries. Currently serving as President of GRO Now Advisors and as an Outsourced/Fractional VP of Sales at Sales Xceleration® since 2021, Gregg previously held key leadership roles including Vice President of Customer Success at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, where notable achievements included improving customer retention and optimizing delivery processes. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Gregg has successfully managed large-scale operations and strategic partnerships at organizations like Franklin Machine Products and ARAMARK Refreshment Services, where responsibilities included managing substantial revenue portfolios and leading diverse teams. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Communication from The University of Akron and an MBA from Walsh University.
