Sabrina D'Arrigo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Sabrina currently holds the position of Director, People & Culture at Salesfloor, where they are responsible for developing and implementing people strategies to improve the employee experience. In this role, they also build and promotes employee programs, maintains HR initiatives, and coaches senior leaders on leadership and team effectiveness.

Sabrina's earlier work experience includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at BrainFinance and Paysafe Group. In these positions, they participated in talent attraction strategies, sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and coordinated candidate onboarding.

Sabrina also has experience in administrative roles, serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Fairstone and an Executive Assistant at Tembec and Bechtel Mining & Metals.

Sabrina D'Arrigo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Concordia University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a DEC diploma in Social Sciences at Dawson College from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they recently obtained the 2.0 Back End Engineering Recruiter Certification, the 2.0 Front End Engineering Recruiter Certification, and the 2.0 Tech Recruiting Tactics certification from Recruiting Innovation in January and February of 2022.
