Rita Byci

Rita Byci is a Customer Support Representative at Salesflow.io, specializing in AI-powered sales engagement, with a focus on enterprise partnership development since December 2021. Previously, Rita served as a Translator at TITRON and as a Sales Development Representative at RevDash, where responsibilities included qualifying leads and developing sales strategies. In addition, Rita worked as a Customer Success Manager at Isovalent, generating leads through various channels and leveraging tools for account research. Rita began a career as an Education Mentor at BONEVET, fostering critical thinking and teamwork among students while also handling translations of legal documents. Rita holds a Master’s degree in International and Intercultural Communication from South East European University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and American Studies from International Balkan University.
