Carolyn Boyd

Carolyn Boyd, MSM, is a seasoned Senior Manager in Technical Program Management at Salesforce since June 2018, where responsibilities include leading the creation and management of project planning and governance for SalesForce test environments supporting over 100+ Scrum/Product Teams. An active member of the National Society of Black Engineers since May 1996, Carolyn has held numerous leadership positions, including National Technical Professional Conference Chair and several roles on the Annual Convention Planning Committee. Prior experience includes roles at Accenture as a Technical Architecture Delivery Associate Manager and Software Engineering Associate Manager, and at Rockwell Collins as a Systems Engineer. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Science in Management with a focus on IT Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
