Celesté Stephens is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Currently serving as Sr. Director of Cloud Engineering and SRE at Salesforce since February 2021, Celesté has previously held key positions at Microsoft as Principal Group Manager of Azure SRE, leading a global organization, as well as roles at SurveyMonkey, Lookout, PlayStation Network, and Adobe. Celesté's career highlights include overseeing the development of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring operational reliability for high-traffic platforms, and implementing strategic engineering initiatives. Celesté began a professional journey in technical support and research, building a solid foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA.
