Gaurav Mukherjee

Gaurav Mukherjee is an accomplished professional in people leadership development with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global People Leadership Development at Salesforce since August 2018, Gaurav leads the development strategies for frontline management and aspiring leaders for a vast workforce of over 70,000 employees. Prior to this role, Gaurav was the Talent Experience Leader for India at Salesforce, overseeing leadership development and talent management functions. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk and in several HR roles at Essar, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, employee communication, and talent mobility programs. Gaurav holds a Post Graduate degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
