Kai Lou

Kai Lou has over two decades of experience in strategic partnerships, client services, and business development. Currently, Kai serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Salesforce since July 2019. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Services at Meridian Knowledge Systems and various positions at Blackboard, including Vice President of Business Development and Alliances. Early career experiences encompass roles at Q.Know Technologies, Sprint Nextel, and Niche Networks. Kai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College.
