Grant Dalton has a diverse work experience. Grant started their career as a Sales Associate at The UPS Store in 2014, where they were responsible for sales, document editing, providing international services, and maintaining inventory. Grant then worked as an Audio Engineer and Sound Designer for the East Coweta High School Band Program from 2015 to 2017, where they managed the technological aspects of productions, provided sound system consultation, and designed special audio effects.
In 2016, Dalton became the Production Manager at The Alternative Ministries, a role they held until 2018. In this position, they oversaw production operations. Grant then worked as a Sales Associate at Guitar Center from 2017 to 2018.
Dalton ventured into the IT field in 2018, working as an IT Contractor assigned to Chick-Fil-A Corp. through Thompson Technologies. In this role, they provided IT support. Grant then joined Salesloft in 2020 as an IT Support Specialist before being promoted to Lead Helpdesk Specialist in 2022 and Information Technology Manager in 2023.
Grant Dalton completed their education at Georgia State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended East Coweta High School, where they received a Diploma with High Honors from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Grant Dalton has obtained various certifications, including the Jamf Certified Endpoint Security Associate Exam - English from Jamf in June 2023, the ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in November 2022, the Okta Certified Professional from Okta in October 2021, and the Jamf Certified Tech and Jamf Certified Associate from Jamf in September 2021 and October 2020, respectively.
