Rachel Andrews-Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rachel started their career as a Quality Assurance Technician at Jr. Simplot from 1994 to 1996. After that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at People First HR Services for a brief period in 1997. Rachel then joined E-Commerce Exchange as an Account Executive from 1998 to 2002, where they excelled in customer service and handled merchant applications and leasing agreements. From 2005 to 2010, Rachel served as the Office Manager at West Side Transformation Inc., generating significant revenue and establishing client relationships. Rachel then took on the role of Executive Director at Spire Complete Martial Arts Academy from 2009 to 2012, overseeing accounting, operations, asset protection, and marketing for the organization. Following that, Rachel worked as a Marketing Manager at Applied Resources from 2012 to 2013 and as a Benefits Specialist at Go Health from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they became President of JBR Chicago Inc., a position they currently hold. Rachel's most recent role is as a Cap 2 Associate at Walmart, which they started in 2019.
