In 2022, they began working as a Software Developer at CAVALLO. Josh then moved to Kelley Ground-Air Expedite as a Senior Software Architect, where they were responsible for architecting software interactions and base migration planning for CI/CD as well as source control, build and maintain foundational solutions for internal software needs utilizing . Net 6+, C#, and SQL Server. In 2021, they worked as a Contract Full Stack Developer at OtterBase. In 2020, they worked as a Sr. Software Developer at MorningStar Health, a subsidiary of Morneau Shepell. In 2015, they worked as an Applications Developer at Everi Holdings Inc. In 2014, they worked as an Application Specialist at Resort Advantage, LLC and as a Software Engineer at US Signal, where they developed internal software written in PHP and worked with Agile/SCRUM development frameworks and methodologies. In 2012, they worked as a Web Developer at Bevelwise Media, where they developed custom PHP applications, WordPress-as-CMS websites, WordPress plugins, and WordPress widgets. In 2010, they worked as an Operations Manager and Director of Information Technology at Matchmaker Michigan, where they managed day-to-day operations within a corporate environment, handled third-party collection activity, and designed, developed, and maintained internal software systems.
