We are looking for a seasoned high performance sales leader that want’s a role as an Individual Contributor. As Account Executive you will be responsible for for the fulls sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Selling SalesScreen means that you’re selling to fellow sales leaders, which requires a deeper understanding of their pains and how to solve them.
Reporting to our Global VP of Sales, you will manage complex enterprise sales cycles and work with prospective clients to educate them on SalesScreen's platform to show them the potential ROI it can provide for their businesses. The role combines sales, strategic thinking, and business analysis.
What you'll do
Drive new revenue growth in your territory through your own outreach and cultivation of inbound leads from marketing and SDR teams. Guide your clients through the sales process from initial outreach through demos, and any contract or subscription agreements
Conduct remote & in-person meetings/presentations for C-level executives and key stakeholders
Build a pre-quarter QBR game plan with your collaboration partners in sales development, customer success, field marketing and product marketing.
Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan a long-term expansion
Take ownership of the full sales process within your pipeline, from the prospecting until the effective hand over to our Customer Success team
Continually build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of new business and provide accurate forecasts
Work with Customer Success team to identify and win upsell opportunities
Meet (and exceed!) monthly OKRs that offer you generous commissions
Sell our solution with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
Expertly create proposals, negotiate, and close business.

Who you are
2+ years of leading successful B2B or B2C sales teams
Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
Outstanding verbal and written skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to deliver customer relevant, engaging presentations
Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline is desired
Expertise in uncovering pain points from prospects, turning those pain into business outcomes and ROI stories, and using that information to drive urgency in your Sales Cycle
Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and the decision making process for large SaaS investments
Collaborative, solutions oriented, and comfortable with operating in an ambiguous environment and high growth business
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision
