Carol Murphy

Carol is an accomplished HR and L&D professional with over 20 years’ experience partnering with business leaders to create and sustain high performance within multinational organisations. Carol has held senior roles in Golden Pages, Smart Telecom, and eircom before joining SalesSense in 2015 as Head of Learning & Development. She completed a Masters in Human Resource Management in UCD in 2015 to add to her Masters in eCommerce and BComm from NUIG. Strategic, decisive, and exceptionally passionate about people development Carol delivers organisational capability solutions that deliver key commercial goals for SalesSense. She has successfully scoped, designed, and implemented a unilateral training and development strategy aligned to the organisational and agreed requirements of all principal stakeholders.
