Sydney Dugan

Sydney Dugan has a wealth of work experience in various industries. Sydney began their career in 2003 as a Senior Manager in the Chairman's Office at Merry Electronics in Taiwan. In 2005, they moved to Dell as a Product Manager and Project Manager for Salesforce.com and OpenManage Software & Localization, respectively. In 2011, they joined Accenture as a Manager and provided Salesforce.com Application, Implementation, Deployment and Change Management leadership to Fortune 500 clients. In 2014, they joined Appirio as an Associate Partner and Strategic Accounts Director. In 2018, they joined Nexient as a Client Partner, helping to generate an annual book of business of over $20M. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at SalesVu, a software solution suite for food and beverage, retail, and service industries.

Sydney Dugan has a diverse educational background. Sydney studied Mandarin Chinese at Feng Chia University, followed by a Masters in International Management from Portland State University. Sydney then attended the University of Oxford to study Restructuring International Corporations. Finally, they earned a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sydney also holds three certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (obtained in April 2018 from Salesforce), Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer (obtained in June 2013 from Salesforce.com), and Project Management Professional (obtained in September 2005 from the Project Management Institute).
