Poorvi Naik

Poorvi Naik has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR at Salezcraft Global E-Services since June 2022, focusing on hiring, documentation, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Poorvi worked as a Human Resources Executive at Salmon Fresh Foods Private Limited from February 2018 to October 2021, handling interviews, statutory compliance, and onboarding processes. Poorvi also held the position of Human Resources Executive at Reliance Retail from October 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing recruitment in the South region and maintaining employee records. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Analyst at Reliance Industries Limited, specializing in sourcing and screening Indian professors.
