Islam Ibrahim is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations management and service delivery. Currently serving as Area IT Operation Manager at SALFO & ASSOCIATES SA. since January 2014, Islam spearheads IT operations across the Middle East, developing and executing strategies aligned with the ITIL framework. Previously, as Lead IT Specialist, UAE, management of IT projects using ManageEngine and ServiceNow tools was a key focus. Earlier roles include IT Specialist at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where Islam provided first-level support, and IT Engineer at World Gateway Information Technology, responsible for hardware/software installation and troubleshooting. Islam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication and Electronics Engineering from Zagazig University.
