Caroline Storr is an experienced professional in heritage management, community engagement, and business development. Currently serving as Manager Strategy Operations and Engagement Manager at Rochdale Borough Council since May 2021, Caroline is instrumental in the restoration of Rochdale's Grade 1 listed Town Hall, funded by the NLHF and the council. As a Trustee and Business Development Manager at High Peak Community Arts Limited since December 2016, Caroline oversees business development and marketing for the charity. Previous roles include Heritage Development Manager at Salford Community Leisure and Heritage Development Manager at Salford Heritage Services, where Caroline led significant restoration projects and managed community access initiatives. Early career experience includes managing the Access Heritage project at Stockport Council and setting up the High Peak branch of Home-Start UK. Caroline holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Liverpool, a Diploma in Business Counselling from Newcastle University, and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the University of Gloucestershire.
