Eddie Creer

Eddie Creer has an extensive career in music education, currently serving as the Director of Vocal Music and AP Music Theory Instructor at Salina High School South since August 1985. In this role, Eddie directs four choral groups and a select vocal ensemble while teaching AP Music Theory and acting as the musical director for the school's annual musical. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Vocal Music for Cushing Public Schools from August 1981 to June 1985, where Eddie directed multiple middle and high school choirs. In addition to a successful career in education, Eddie worked as a package handler at FedEx from March 2010 to June 2021 and as a stocker and picker at School Specialty, Inc. in the summer of 2012. Eddie holds a Master's degree in Music Education with a focus on Choral from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with a Choral emphasis from Oklahoma State University.
