Benjie Escolta

Benjie Escolta, BSEET, CBET, currently serves as the Assistant Chief Biomed Engineer at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System since September 2018, following a role as a Biomedical Technician at the same organization. With extensive experience in biomedical and electronic technology, Benjie has also worked as an Electronic Technician for the Naval Postgraduate School Oceanography Department from June 1999 to May 2021 and as a Biomedical Technician at DaVita Kidney Care from August 2001 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University and an Associate of Science in Electronic Technology from Hartnell College. Additional credentials include certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a certificate in TV and Radio Technician from Saint Paul Technical College.
