Jonathan McGraw

Jonathan McGraw has a diverse work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Jonathan started their career as an Assembler II at Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Inc from December 2009 to April 2011. Jonathan then joined HME and worked their way up from a Manufacturing Engineering Assistant II, responsible for creating and revising work instructions and repairing test equipment, to a Manufacturing Engineer, where they served as a lead, consulted on process and quality issues, and performed administrative engineering support tasks. Later, Jonathan joined SensComp, Inc. and EDP Company as an Engineering & Production Manager, overseeing engineering and production activities. Currently, they are working as a Senior Process Engineer at Saline Lectronics Inc., supporting all phases of contract electronics manufacturing with a special focus on wave soldering, selective soldering, and hand assembly. Throughout their career, Jonathan has gained extensive experience in process improvement, defect root cause analysis, and cost reduction.

Jonathan McGraw completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Leadership from Western G in 2020. From 2021 onwards, they attended the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, although specific details regarding the degree and field of study are unknown.
