Caio Papa Zaitune has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Caio began their career as an Estagiário de Controladoria e Financeiro at SPTrans in 2013. Caio then moved on to work as an Estagiário de Consultoria e Gerenciamento at Duopo Assessoria Empresarial from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they served as an Estágio em E-commerce at Infracommerce, where they were responsible for assisting in the management of the Sunglass Hut website. Afterwards, they advanced to the position of Coordenador de E-commerce Junior at Infracommerce and held this role until 2018.
In 2018, Caio joined Rakuten as a Business and Processes Consultant, where they were involved in the elaboration of reports and metrics to evaluate clients' key performance indicators (KPIs). Caio also worked remotely, analyzing and proposing strategies and decision-making for clients' businesses. As a Back Office consultant, they served as the main liaison between internal demands and the clients.
Caio later took a sabbatical break in 2020 before becoming an Exchange Student at LSI Language Studies International from March to October 2020. Following this experience, they joined Dafiti Group as a Marketplace Analyst in May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and analyzing the sales of sellers, as well as keeping track of competitor actions and prices to ensure competitive advantage. Caio also conducted regular meetings with sellers and collaborated with planning and commercial teams to optimize product portfolio and increase sales.
Most recently, Caio began their role as a Marketplace Growth Analyst at Sallve in July 2022. Further details regarding this role were not provided.
Caio Papa Zaitune completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, starting in 2012 and graduating in 2016. Caio also obtained a certification in Display Ads Programmatic from Mercado Livre in April 2023.
