Marcia Netto

Co-founder & Board Member at Sallve

Marcia Netto has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2005 at Abril (Abril Digital), where they held various roles including Portfolio Manager and Product Head. Marcia was responsible for strategy and operation management of online products, as well as developing revenue strategies and managing teams.

In 2010, Marcia worked as a Product Manager at Vostu, and in 2011, they became a Partner & Product Director at Minha Vida, where they were responsible for managing the website and its various sections.

From 2015 to 2016, Marcia took on the role of Partner & Product Director at Minha Vida & Dieta e Saúde, and from 2017 to 2018, they worked as Product and Content Director at Webedia.

In 2018, Marcia co-founded Sallve, a Brazilian beauty scale-up, where they served as a Co-founder and Board Member.

Marcia also held positions at Elo7, Endeavor, Dengo Chocolates, and Zerezes, where they served in various advisory and board member roles.

Most recently, in 2023, Marcia became the Co-founder and CEO of Silverguard.

Marcia Netto completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2000 to 2004, Marcia Netto pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

In 2008 to 2009, they attended FIA Business School and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing.

In 2009, Marcia Netto participated in the Naspers Program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Online Media Strategies.

In 2011, they enrolled in the Leading Product Innovation program at Harvard Business School.

Marcia Netto further pursued education in 2022 to 2023 at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, where they completed the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women (ABP-W), acquiring board member certification.

In addition to their formal education, Marcia Netto obtained additional certifications. In 2014, they became a Personal & Professional Coach through the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching. In 2020, they completed the Growth Academy program by Google for Startups.
