Olivier Badezet

Olivier Badezet, age 50, has been our Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Europe since 2017 and Continental Europe Managing Director from 2015 to 2017. Prior to his appointment at the Company, Mr. Badezet was CEO of Douglas France from 2009 to 2014 as well as Chairman of the Board and Founder of Douglas Passion Beauté Achats from 2011 to 2014. Prior to Douglas, Mr. Badezet held various leadership positions at Yves Rocher France from 1993 to 2018 in Belgium and France. Mr. Badezet has been also Vice President of the French Federation of Selective Perfumery from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Badezet holds a Master in Marketing Management from Ecole supérieure de Gestion, Paris.
