Reuben Muthengi has over 20 years of experience in the culinary and catering industry, currently serving as Food Lead, Catering Manager, and Executive Chef at Sallyport Global since September 2010. Prior experience includes roles as Camp Manager at Arkel International, Head Chef/Deputy Catering Manager at RA International FZCO, Head Chef at PAE, and Cook/Chef de partie at Serena Hotels.
