Don Catlin is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and operations across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Culinary Operations Manager at Sally's Apizza since August 2021, Catlin previously held the position of General Manager at Señor Salsa, where effective menu pricing strategies were implemented. Catlin's extensive experience includes a decade as Executive Chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where leadership spanned multiple markets, and a role as Executive Chef at Riverside Yacht Club, where innovative menu development was key to high customer satisfaction. Early career experiences included managing restaurant and banquet operations as Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Mission Bay San Diego and military service as a cook in the US Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant. Catlin holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and graduated from the US Army NCO Academy with a focus on leadership.
