Jason Gore

Jason Gore is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Manager of Training at Sally's Apizza since October 2020. Prior to this, Jason held the position of General Manager at Creative Culinary Management Company, overseeing operations in New York’s Seaport District under the Jean-George Restaurant Management umbrella from July 2020 to October 2020. Jason also acted as General Manager of Food & Beverage for The Howard Hughes Corporation at Pier 17 from June 2019 to July 2020. With a previous role as General Manager at Union Square Hospitality Group from January 2014 to June 2019, Jason managed Blue Smoke & Jazz Standard. Additional experience includes serving as Manager at BOWERY RESTAURANT GROUP LLC and Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. Jason holds a B.S. in Business Management from Miami University.
