Megan Weizel (She/Her)

Megan Weizel is a Managing Partner and Career Strategist at Salmela, where Megan focuses on thoughtful candidate selection and swift client service. Megan is also a Partner and VP Search Operations at Hue, where Megan supports talent of color to provide access to opportunities. Previously, Megan served as the Wellness Director/Consultant at International Dairy Queen, creating the company's first comprehensive corporate wellness program. With a background in holistic health and wellness, Megan has extensive experience in managing international territories, training franchisees, and developing wellness programs for various organizations. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
