Jan Nolander

Jan Nolander is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently providing strategic consulting services at Salo LLC since January 2011. Prior to this, Jan held senior roles including Vice President of Compensation at Thomson Reuters, overseeing global compensation for a $12B corporation, and Vice President at both Northwestern Corporation and GE Capital, managing diverse HR functions and initiatives. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Cummins Engine Company as Executive Director of Performance & Rewards, and earlier roles in human resources at UnitedHealthcare and Bank Shares Incorporated. Jan Nolander earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
