Russ Testa

Russ Testa possesses extensive leadership experience in human resources, recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer in a retirement role since October 2023. Prior to retirement, Russ was a Chief Talent Officer and CEO Project Advisor at Salo, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and team engagement. Previous positions held include Vice President of Human Resources at Regis Corporation and Senior Vice President roles at Jamba Juice Company and Mervyn's/Target Corp. Russ began a career in human resources as Vice President of Executive Development at Emporium Capwell. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
