Jappy Diago Afzelius is an experienced chef and culinary consultant, currently holding the position of Corporate Executive Chef at Salsa Caterers & Special Events. With a background in various culinary roles such as Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine, and Culinary Director, Jappy has worked in prestigious establishments including Republika Kulinarya, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House, and Tsismis NYC and Harlem Juicery. Jappy also has a Master's degree in Food Culture and Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and a degree in Culinary Arts from Enderun Colleges.
