Mallory Francis

Mallory Francis is a Clinical Therapist at Understanding Minds Psychological Services since April 2024. Previously, extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes roles as General Manager, Bar Manager, and Front Of House Manager at Salt and Smoke from September 2017 to the present, demonstrating proficiency in fast-paced environments. Mallory also served as a Counseling Intern at HSS - Human Support Services from August 2022 to October 2023 and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Saint Louis University from August 2017 to May 2018, focusing on data entry, collection, and analysis. Mallory holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Louis University (2014-2018).
