Eric Emery, CSM

Eric Emery, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric began their career as a Project Manager at Maguire Group Inc. in 2001 and continued in the same role at Appledore Engineering until 2008. In 2008, they joined Meat House Franchising LLC as the Director of Project Management and later became the Executive Director of Development & Real Estate until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Eric served as the Executive Vice President Operations and Business Development at GEB. Eric then joined sweetgreen in 2015 as the CM and stayed with the company until 2017.

In 2017, Eric took up the position of Vice President Real Estate and Development at Dig, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Development Officer at Salt & Straw, starting in 2022.
