Adrian Chirila

Adrian Chirila is a data and business intelligence professional with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives across various roles. As the Head of Data at Tappa since March 2021, Adrian has focused on transforming product analytics into a key growth driver while promoting a data-driven culture and providing strategic insights to the Board. Previously, in the role of Business Intelligence Manager at Tappa, Adrian oversaw the complete data stack, developed ETL processes, and supported product development through A/B testing. Prior experience includes project management in business intelligence at Spigot, Inc., where Adrian maximized performance of in-house products, and quality assurance automation at Thales. Adrian's career started with software development roles at Nokia Networks and Topex, following an educational background in telecommunications from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
