Rick McNabb is currently serving as the Executive Chairman and CEO at Salt Flats LLC, a company focused on enabling innovation and creating meaningful value. He also holds the position of Chairman at Salt Flats Capital LLC, working to raise critical capital for innovative ideas. In addition, Rick serves as the Chairman at Jumpgate Solutions LLC, a company dedicated to building virtual problem-solving platforms. He is also a Board Trustee at Children's Aid Society of New York, helping children in poverty succeed. Additionally, Rick is the Chairman at Optimity Advisors, an innovation consultancy. Prior to his current roles, he held executive positions at Navigant Consulting, Capgemini, and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services.
