Heather Dangerfield

Heather Dangerfield is a highly experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in mental health care. Since September 2018, Heather has operated a private practice under Heather M Dangerfield LLC. Currently, Heather holds multiple roles as DNP, PMHNP-BC at LifeStance Health, Behavioral Health Solutions, Salt Lake Behavioral Health Hospital, Highland Ridge Hospital, and Rite of Passage. Additionally, Heather served as DNP, PMHNP-BC and Medical Director at New Pathways Recovery and Wellness from September 2020 to August 2021, and was affiliated with Center for Change Treatment Programs until October 2021. Prior to these roles, Heather worked as RN-BC at St. Mark's Hospital from 2013 to July 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and Psychology from Westminster University.
