Meghan McCauley

Meghan McCauley has extensive experience in ticketing operations and customer service, currently serving as the ArtTix Ticketing Operations Manager at Salt Lake County since February 2001. In this role, Meghan manages the Ticket Office during performances, prepares event settlement reports, and oversees the maintenance of events and season packages in the ticketing system. Prior to this position, Meghan held roles as Ticket Office Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising and training ticket office personnel, and as a Ticket Office Attendant, handling daily ticket sales and customer assistance. Additionally, Meghan worked as a Library Assistant in Circulations at Salt Lake City Public Library from December 2012 to March 2016, contributing to community engagement and resource accessibility across multiple library locations.
